🌻Solarpunk | My KICKSTARTER pledge includes two keys, but I only received one. What should I do?

Some Kickstarter pledges include more than one game key. If you only received one key so far, please make sure that you completed the platform selection for all keys in your BackerKit survey.

BackerKit manages the key distribution and previously shared this information:

“This selection is for your pledge level game key only. Add-ons with additional game keys will make platform selections between the Add-ons and Confirmation section of the survey.”

This means that your main pledge key and any additional add-on keys may need to be selected in different parts of the survey.

If you are missing a second key, please go back to your BackerKit survey and check the Add-ons and Confirmation section to make sure the platform for your additional key was selected as well.
